Parent and Me Program

We highly suggest for all prospective and new applicants to attend a session of the "Parent & Me Classes". The "Parent and Me" program at Sunset Montessori is a series of weekly hour and a half classes designed to introduce toddlers and their parents to the Montessori environment. Participating in this program can also help ease the eventual transition into our regular preschool program. Classes are conducted by Ms. Ilona, one of our Montessori certified teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for parents and toddlers to experience the Montessori Method of early education in our unique environment. Children and parents will have an opportunity to work with age appropriate Montessori materials, move creatively, listen to music, enjoy snack together and other interactive social activities.

The "Parent and Me" classes are offered in 10-week sessions to children 18 months and up. Currently we have classes available on Tuesdays 3:45 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Parents are welcome to come and try the first class for free and then decide if they want to sign up.
